Refund Policy
If you wish to return goods for any reason, you must contact Springmasters Limited first by either e-mail or fax for a returns note number.

Please supply the following information when contacting us:
- Your full contact details
- Details of the product(s) that you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Date of Purchase
- Your order ID number or our invoice number
No returns will be accepted unless authorised by us.
If goods supplied are faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will replace or refund as quickly as possible. Notification must be made within 14 working days from receipt of your order.
If goods are damaged in transit notification must be made within 14 working days from receipt of delivery.
If goods are incorrectly ordered, please contact us via email or fax within 14 working days from receipt of your delivery. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged & returned at your cost. Refunds will only be issued once the goods have been received back by Springmasters Limited. The goods value only will be refunded and may be subject to a restocking fee which will be notified by ourselves when we issue you with a returns note number.

While browsing product tables, you have the option to view the price as either a single unit, or by multiples of one hundred, this option is stored locally via a cookie.
However, if you choose to create an account during the checkout process, we can securly save your name, address and VAT number to your personalised account. You can remove your account and your saved information at any time by logging into the ‘My Account‘ page.
